WPC Protection
Treatex WPC Protection is solvent free and specially developed from natural oils and waxes to penetrate and impregnate the open pore surfaces of Wood Plastic Composites to protect against the harmful effects of weather and UV sunlight.
One of the most important and often excluded steps in regular WPC maintenance is to protect against moisture intrusion. Any WPC material exposed to the outdoor climate is susceptible to mould/mildew growth, especially in climates with higher levels of humidity, leading to potential rot and warping. Treatex WPC Protection helps to provide a moisture barrier, protecting against standing water and improving the longevity of your surface.

Usage
For use on: Smooth or textured Wood Plastic Composites (WPC), Resysta and synthetic Rattan windows, doors, decking, garden furniture etc.
Coverage: Approximately 50-100ml per m2, meaning 2.5L of WPC Protection will cover between 25-50m2 depending on the surface. Corrugated surfaces can increase consumption by a factor of 2-3.
Preparation/Application
Preparation: Before using Treatex WPC Protection, we would recommend first using Treatex WPC Cleaner to remove any dirt, algae, grease or any other contaminants.
Application: Stir the tin well, before and during use. We always recommend a trial application first. Apply two coats of Treatex WPC protection using a brush, roller, or cloth; allowing 8-12 hours drying time between coats. Please note that weather conditions will affect drying times. Do not apply or dry in temperatures less than 8°C. Reapply when the effective coating starts to reduce in protective performance.
