Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiries@treatex.co.uk. 

Due to courier limitations, we arrange collection of your return. For this we require: 

Your order number
Collection Address
A suitable day to arrange for collection
That you package the item(s) securely so as to avoid damage.

tems that are sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately. 

Please note: unless there is product leaking from the tin, cosmetic damage to the tin itself (dents or scratches incurred through shipping) will not be valid for a return/refund. All items that leave our warehouse are checked for damage and we never send out dented tins. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new, separate order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method, minus a £4.00 collection fee. 
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and complete the refund.
