Sample Delivery Information

Sample orders up to 12 bottles will be dispatched same day up until 12:30 pm
1-6 samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class @£0.00/ 1st class @£1.50
7-12 samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class @£2.50 / 1st class @£3.50
13 samples upwards are sent via DHL/UK Mail 2/3 working days @£4.00 / 24 hours @£4.65

When making your purchase, ensure you enter the address that your Bank Card is registered to if different from your shipping address. Failure to do so will result in your transaction not processing.

Incomplete information on the order form may result in a delayed order dispatch or the order being delivered to an incorrect address

Deliveries to areas such as Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland etc. may take longer than the advertised delivery option

We currently only ship in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, orders to the EU or other parts of the world will not be accepted.

Larger Item Delivery Information

48hr orders will usually be shipped via Parcelforce
24hrs orders will usually be shipped via DHL/UK Mail

Orders placed for larger (non sample) items will be shipped same day up until 12:00pm, during busier periods, dispatch time may be longer.

Orders placed after 12:00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day (excludes weekends and bank holidays)*

COVID -19 Delivery Information

If you enter an address currently that is not occupied, we are finding that couriers are not offering an option to send the order elsewhere, it is automatically being returned to the Treatex warehouse.
We cannot offer a guarantee on delivery times and the quoted 48hrs or 24hrs does not include the time from order to dispatch.
